- The maximum fee chargeable to an individual or HUF client, across all services, is ₹1,51,000 per family per annum, excluding GST.

- Refunds are pro-rata on the unused period only. See the Refund Policy — the wording there and at checkout is identical.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern the supply of research services by Tejas Pravin Patel, trading as Wisdom Investments, Individual Research Analyst (SEBI registration in progress), registration number to be published on grant of registration ("the Research Analyst") to the person who subscribes ("the client"). By subscribing you accept them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract, and resident in India. You must complete the KYC process described in the KYC & AML Policy before access is granted. Subscriptions are personal to the named client.
3. What is supplied
Research reports and recommendations on Indian listed securities, delivered through the member area of wisdominvestments.in for the subscription period, together with the record of recommendations and the position-sizing guidance published there. The number of research ideas expected in a period is stated on the plan page and is an expectation, not a contractual minimum; research is issued when the analysis supports it and not to meet a count.
4. What is not supplied
No personalised investment advice, no portfolio management, no execution or broking, no handling of client funds or securities, no distribution of any financial product, no assured return, and no intra-day trading calls or chart-based entry, stop-loss and target levels. The service is fundamentals-led research.
5. Fees, invoicing and the fee cap
Fees are stated inclusive of GST where applicable, per plan, before payment. An invoice is issued for every payment and is available in the member area. Fees charged to an individual or HUF client across all services will not exceed ₹1,51,000 per family per annum excluding GST; where a client's total across plans would exceed that ceiling, the subscription is refused or reduced. "Family" is construed as the client, spouse, dependent children and dependent parents. Accredited investors and non-individual clients are outside this ceiling.
Payment is accepted only through the payment channels shown at checkout, into the account named on the invoice. No payment is ever accepted in cash, and no payment should be made into any personal account.
6. Use of the research
The research is licensed to you personally for your own investment decisions. You may not copy, forward, publish, resell, or redistribute any report, table or recommendation, in whole or in part, in any medium, nor share your account credentials. Copyright and all other intellectual property in the research remains with the Research Analyst.
7. Risk acknowledgement
You acknowledge that securities investments are subject to market risk, that no recommendation carries any assurance of profit, that past performance does not indicate future results, and that you may lose part or all of your capital. You confirm that you are making your own decisions and, where you need it, taking your own professional advice.
8. Term, renewal and termination
The subscription runs for the period purchased. It does not auto-renew without your express consent. You may cancel at any time, with the refund consequence set out in the Refund Policy. The Research Analyst may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms — in particular redistribution of research or sharing of credentials — for non-payment, or where continuing to serve a client would breach a regulatory obligation; where termination is not for breach, the unused period is refunded pro-rata.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Research Analyst to a client under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees paid by that client for the subscription period in which the claim arose. No liability is accepted for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Grievances, governing law and dispute resolution
Grievances are handled as set out in the Grievance Redressal Mechanism, escalating to SEBI SCORES and to the SMART ODR portal. These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, without prejudice to the client's right to use the SCORES and SMART ODR mechanisms.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The effective date is shown at the top of this page, and material changes are notified to subscribers by email before they take effect.
