Free, in-person sessions in Pune on how to read a company's numbers — no product pitch, no tips, no sign-up desk at the back.

What they are

A short, practical session on reading a set of published accounts: where the revenue actually comes from, what working capital tells you that the profit line does not, how to spot the three or four accounting flags that matter most, and how to check any claim a stock tipster makes to you.

They are free, they are held in Pune, and they exist because investor awareness is part of what a Research Analyst is supposed to do — not as a funnel with a closing pitch.

What happens in the room

  1. Reading a P&L and a balance sheet together

    Why neither means much alone, and what the cash flow statement settles when they disagree.

  2. The four flags that matter most

    Receivables growing faster than revenue, capitalised costs, related-party transactions, and promoter pledging — what each looks like and where to find it.

  3. Checking a tip

    Somebody sends you a stock. Six checks, ten minutes, all on free public sources. Most tips do not survive the first two.

  4. Questions, for as long as they last

    Including the ones about this service.

What they are not

No stock is named or recommended at a session, and nothing is sold in the room. No limited-seats pricing, no course upsell, no assured-return anything, no payment link on the last slide. If you ever attend an investor session — ours or anyone else's — where a specific stock is pushed and a payment QR appears on the screen, leave.

The sessions teach a method. They do not carry a view on any company, which is also why they can run while SEBI registration is still pending: general investor education about how to read accounts is not research, and no named security is discussed.
