Arithmetic check before publication. Every row and the Grand Total must reconcile: pending at start + received − resolved = pending at end, and the Grand Total must equal the sum of the three source rows. A compliance table that contradicts itself is worse than no table — one of the benchmarked RA sites publishes exactly that error. Run python3 check_complaints.py before each monthly update.
