Refund Policy

One refund position, stated in the same words here and at the point of payment.

Effective date: 9 September 2026 · Governed by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and the SEBI Master Circular for Research Analysts dated 6 February 2026, as amended on 25 March 2026.

The wording in the box below is the whole of our refund position. It appears in exactly these words at checkout, in the client agreement and here. If you are ever shown a different refund promise anywhere in our name, this page governs — and please tell us at wisdominvestments@protonmail.com, because it is a mistake we want to fix.

The refund position

If a client requests cancellation of a subscription, a refund shall be issued only for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting charges for services already availed, including applicable taxes and administrative charges. No refund is provided for the period of services already availed, irrespective of the client's satisfaction with the recommendations or the outcome of any trade.

A separate and narrow exception applies to double payment or a billing error: report it in writing within 48 hours of the charge, with proof of the duplicate or erroneous debit, and the excess amount is refunded in full to the original payment instrument.

How to request a refund

  1. Email wisdominvestments@protonmail.com from the email address registered on your account, stating the plan and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect.
  2. We acknowledge within 3 working days and confirm the pro-rata calculation, showing the days availed, the days unused and the deductions applied.
  3. The refund is paid to the original payment instrument within 10 working days of that confirmation. We do not refund to a different account.
  4. Access ends on the effective cancellation date. Reports already delivered remain subject to the restrictions on use in the Terms & Conditions.

What is deducted

  • The fee attributable to the portion of the subscription period already availed, calculated on a daily pro-rata basis.
  • Taxes already discharged on that availed portion, which cannot be recovered.
  • Payment-gateway charges actually incurred on the original transaction, where they are not returned to us by the gateway.

The calculation is shown to you in writing before the refund is processed.

What is not refunded

Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a recommendation is not a ground for refund, and no Research Analyst may underwrite the outcome of a trade. This does not limit your right to complain about the service — see the Grievance Redressal Mechanism. A complaint and a refund request are different things, and you may make either or both.
