Grievance Redressal Mechanism

How to complain, who handles it, how long it takes, and every level you can escalate to.

Effective date: 9 September 2026 · Governed by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and the SEBI Master Circular for Research Analysts dated 6 February 2026, as amended on 25 March 2026.

Step 1 — Raise it with us

Tejas Pravin Patel · wisdominvestments@protonmail.com · +91 20 7962 0181
Trimurti Complex, Office no. 203, 2nd Floor, near Salve Garden, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune 411048, Maharashtra, India

  • We acknowledge within 3 working days and give you a reference number.
  • We resolve within 21 days of receipt.
  • If we cannot resolve it in that time, we write to you before the 21 days expire, saying why and when we will.
  • Every complaint is logged and reported in our monthly Complaint Data, whether or not you escalate it.

Step 2 — SEBI SCORES

If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not respond within 21 days, lodge a complaint on SCORES, SEBI's online complaint redressal system, at https://scores.sebi.gov.in.

  • SCORES provides a two-level review: the first review is by the BSE Limited (Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body) as the designated body, and if you remain dissatisfied you may seek a second review by SEBI.
  • Lodge the complaint on SCORES within one year of receiving our reply, or of the date our reply was due, whichever applies.
  • You will need your complaint reference and the correspondence with us — keep it.

Step 3 — SMART ODR

If the complaint remains unresolved after the SCORES process, you may initiate online conciliation and arbitration through the Online Dispute Resolution portal for the securities market at https://smartodr.in. The portal routes the dispute to an independent ODR institution for conciliation, and to arbitration if conciliation does not resolve it.

Step 4 — Write to SEBI directly

Physical complaints may be sent to:

Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, 'G' Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051
SEBI toll-free investor helpline: 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575

What we need from you

Your name and registered email, the plan concerned, the date and nature of the issue, and what outcome you are seeking. If your complaint is about a refund, say so explicitly — a refund request and a service complaint are handled separately and you may raise either or both. See the Refund Policy.

A complaint about the outcome of a recommendation is not something any Research Analyst can settle by compensating you — no assurance of return may lawfully be given, and none is given. We will still investigate and respond to it, and it is still counted in our published complaint data.
