Nothing on this site is for sale. SEBI registration as a Research Analyst is being pursued and has not been granted, so no company is assessed here, no recommendation is published, and no fee is accepted.

How the research is made

There is no edge in claiming to be right. The only thing worth publishing is the process, so that you can judge the reasoning instead of trusting the conclusion.

The short version

Every idea passes through the same three stages, in the same order, and the write-up you receive shows its working at each one. Nothing is published because it looks interesting. It is published because it survived.

  1. Gate one — does the business deserve the time?

A three-gate qualifying screen on business quality, capital discipline and balance-sheet integrity. Most names stop here, and that is the point of a gate. A company that fails is not written up at all, which is why the idea flow is measured in a handful a year rather than a handful a week.

  2. Gate two — the 25-module fundamental framework

A fixed module list built on the NISM Series-XV research syllabus: the industry structure, the revenue engine, unit economics, working capital, cash conversion, capital allocation history, promoter and pledge position, related-party exposure, accounting quality flags, valuation on more than one basis, and the specific things that would make the thesis wrong. The same modules, in the same order, for every company — so that one name can be compared honestly against another.

  3. Gate three — does the data actually agree with itself?

Every material figure is pulled from more than one independent source and checked against the company's own filing with the exchange. Where sources disagree, the disagreement is printed in the report and the odd source is named. It is not averaged away, and it is not quietly resolved in favour of whichever number suits the argument.

  4. Publication — with a review trigger attached

Every published idea carries an explicit, written review trigger: the specific event or threshold that forces the position to be re-examined. When it fires, a review note is published whether the news is good or bad. A recommendation with no stated condition for changing its mind is a tip, not research.

What you will never find here

No performance claims. No return figure, no win rate, no profit-and-loss screenshot, no "verified returns" badge, no back-test. No research analyst can assure a return, so this business does not market as though it could. If a competitor shows you a percentage on their home page, ask what it is measured against and over what period.

No price targets presented as forecasts, and no stop-losses. A valuation range and the basis it rests on are published; a number dressed up as a prediction is not. Chart-derived entries, stops and targets are not part of this service at any tier.

No urgency. Nothing here expires at midnight, and no idea is ever released as something you have to act on today. Long-horizon research does not need a countdown timer.

Scope of services

What is offered. Research on listed Indian equity securities and exchange-traded funds — written analysis, ratings and a published review trigger, issued to subscribers under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

What is not offered, at any price. No personalised investment advice or financial planning (that requires registration as an Investment Adviser, which Tejas Pravin Patel does not hold). No portfolio management and no discretionary handling of anyone's money or securities. No execution, broking or demat access — you place your own orders through your own broker. No research on cryptocurrencies or virtual digital assets, no commodity calls, and no intraday, futures, options or other derivative recommendations. No guaranteed-return product, no profit-sharing arrangement, and no assured-return scheme of any kind.

No commission, ever — and not by choice. Regulation 26C of the Research Analyst Regulations prohibits an individual Research Analyst from providing distribution services at all, and prohibits the analyst's family from providing distribution services to a client who receives research here. So there is no mutual-fund commission, no brokerage referral, no insurance trail and no affiliate link anywhere on this site. Subscription fees are the only income this service can lawfully earn from you. A research site carrying broker sign-up links is telling you something about who is really paying for it.

Money never moves through us. Subscription fees are the only payment ever accepted, and only into the disclosed bank account of Tejas Pravin Patel. Anyone asking you to transfer funds to a personal account, promising assured returns in this name, or offering to trade on your behalf is not us — report it.

The role of artificial intelligence

This research pipeline is AI-assisted, and SEBI's Investor Charter obliges a Research Analyst to disclose the extent of that use. It is disclosed in full, in plain language, on its own page — including what the tools cannot do and where they can carry an error through.
